Welcome to Year 1

We would like to welcome you to Year 1. My name is Mrs Gray and I am the class teacher. Also in Year 1, are Mrs Hunt and Mrs Lawrenson. We am looking forward to working together so that we can have an exciting, productive year and enjoy the new challenges that Year 1 has to offer.

Things to Look forward to

In Year 1 we love reading! Can you challenge yourself to read every day for 10 minutes? Remember to record what you have read on Seesaw so that we can give your child a R.I.T.A. token. Then every Friday during Celebration assembly they will be entered into the draw with a chance to win a book.
